Where you live should not determine whether you can see a doctor. Rural families should have access to quality healthcare close to home - without driving an hour for routine care or waiting months for an appointment. Blake will work to recruit and retain more doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals in rural communities, strengthen local hospitals and independent practices, expand telehealth and invest in EMS and community-based care.

By directing state resources toward the providers already serving our communities and building a stronger local healthcare workforce, we can bring more care closer to home.
